Received my bag as a gift from you, very glad and grateful to you!
I wanted to give her daughter the bag, but then decided to use the bag.
Let's go for a walk with my son everywhere and take the bag as a gift for the 4th of July.
Thank you, you make the world kinder and cleaner!

It's been a bit since I posted a WW. Seeing as though I was in California for 2 weeks, there was a slight lag in production. More on that soon!
Let's see, I made these cute pouches for a friend from her grandmother's shirts. She wanted them to give to her mom, aunts and cousins. What a great idea! You can't tell but they are made from polyester fabric so I had to stabilize them with interfacing before quilting and sewing them. I'm kinda in love with this idea though! Upcycling at its finest with memories attached to a loved one!

This is the super awesome Margaret (left) and her gang of volunteers who have recently started a new chapter of Green Bag Lady in New York. YAY! Look at all the bags they have made already. SO excited about these smiling faces and the amazing effort they have made so far! Keep it up Cortland, NY! Teresa
Good morning! We had such a good time yesterday at our "Sew-in" and although we only had 6 people sewing we managed to stitch up 25 bags in about 90 minutes. Everyone took fabric and "patterns" home to continue the efforts. We have 3 (ugh) plastic bags of bedsheets to cut up, and lots of colorful prints to entice the children with. The libraries I contacted have approx 500 children who register for the Summer Reading Program, so we have our work 'cut out' for us!
My husband says that when something is meant to be, everything moves along smoothly. I guess he's right - this is wonderful!

These look yummy.
These are pretty fun.
Love all these tiles. All.
I'm at a family reunion in Monterey, CA. Hanging out with Bagette Dad and a bunch of other people I'm related to. We spent a couple of days in San Francisco which is always fun. The best part was exploring Golden Gate Park. So many fun places and so many pretty things! We will get to see Harmony next week. YAY! Teresa
